J Jill button up tunic top, size LP, black with blue floral, long sleeves,tiered

This is a great top, pretty florals on a black background. It has two tiers, giving it a flowy, full look. It is completely button down and the buttons are hidden. It would be pretty worn open over a solid tank or shirt. The sleeves are very full, and are cuffed. The fabric has a light crepey feel. Beautiful condition , barely worn. The tag says is a Large Petite, but it is oversized so a regular Large would be ok. Check measurements! Bust: 22” across Shoulders: 19” across Sleeves: 23” Length: 28” Width near the hem: 26”
