J. Jill blue XS cotton dress

Blue J. Jill XS dress with a thick neck. The neck makes it super cozy to wear! The front and back of the dress are solid blue, the sides and some of the sleeves are a different texture that offers a great stretch. Incredibly comfortable to wear as is or with leggings/tights underneath on a chilly day. Also looks nice with ankle or tall boots.
