bonboncrissman Hi! I’m confused. The tag inside these shorts says “28.” But your lists says the waist is 22” flat. And the photo of the measuring tape shows the 22”. So I thought the 28 meant the size of the waist. 22” flat measure would equal a waist measurement if 44”. across. Would you clarify please? Thank you so much.
