J. Hjelm satin wedding gown

Beautiful satin Jim Hjelm (JLM Couture) designer wedding gown, size 12 with alterations so more like size 8-10, with beaded embellishments on the back of the neckline and at the small of the back. Bought in 2011 at the Bridal Garden in NYC for $900 and had over $400 of alterations. Recently dry cleaned but unfortunately a few stains would not come out in the train (see photos). Maybe it can be altered to hide it?
