J Crew striped peplum top

Striped peplum top from J.Crew. 100% cotton but the back is a soft, stretchy feel cotton while the front almost has a seersucker like feel. Blue/chambray and white in the front, gray in the back. Button in back. Very good condition-no rips or tears, one tiny mark near the neck which can be seen in close up picZ Measures about 15.5 inches from pit to pit, about 23 inches from shoulder to hem.
