J. Crew sequin polka dot top blouse black white

Size S J. Crew short sleeved top covered in tiny light reflecting sequins in a polka dot pattern of white on black. 100% cotton with some stretch. Approximate measurements taken lying flat: pit to pit 17.5", length 22", sleeve 11". In excellent used condition; no stains, tears, or flaws. No obvious missing sequins, it's possible that there is a random one missing here or there but if so it's not noticable.
