This dress is super cute and it is in excellent condition. It has a slight scoop neckline with elastic, long sleeves that have elastic at the wrist, and a flounce at the bottom. There is a side step so it’s easy to pull over your head. The dress is white with a vibrant blue ginkgo leaf pattern. The waste line is elastic and the fabric is a 98% cotton/elastane blend.
