Good condition but has a few small brown spots (prob coffee stains). Back zip and slit. Darting at waist. Cotton/spandex. Dry clean only. Measures 17” length and 35.5” widest hip circumference (it stretches and is form fitting). Imperfections: coffee drip spots (small, on front).
