Cute & flowy navy dress perfect for summer events, weddings, cocktail parties. Adjustable spaghetti straps and pockets (a must!). Zips down center back with slight elastic gathering at the back for the perfect fit. Fully lined, 100% polyester, dry clean only. Very gently worn, no flaws. I am 5’4 and the dress falls to slightly above the knee.
