Very fun paneled & geometric skirt, slight Norwegian style. Great with tights! Black and off white, chunky exposed zipper in the back. Concealed pockets. All measurements approximate: waist flat 15”. Waist to hem is 17 1/2”. Zipper is 6 1/5” The fabric contents tag is missing, but from other listing it is a cotton, polyester, viscose blend. Lining is all polyester.
