@zrkaren hey! It fits me very well, I am 5'4 and about 120ish pounds..I would say honestly it is on the smaller side of a four, I am a 2/4 and it is not too loose but not too tight. The elastic on waist helps with fit and comfort too!

@mchulock137 yes! It's about 12/13 inches and can stretch to about 20 inches (with the elastic waist)
