J. Crew gold tone chain with blue seed bead tassel pendant

Long gold tone chain necklace. Has a tassel pendant with gold tone cap. Cap has clear rhinestones. Tassel is made of blue seed beads. Chain is approximately 30" with a 3" extender. Pendant is approximately 3.5" long. Condition notes: the back half of the chain has tone loss/tarnishing.
