This bright blue, all over print women’s mini dress is nicely made and fully lined, with a slit in the front and an elastic waist that is super stretchy and in excellent condition. It’s a woman’s size 16 and 100% polyester, the tag says dry clean only, but yours truly washed and dried it and this is how it looked right out of the dryer, no wrinkles and ready for travel, it will pack like a dream. It’s fully lined, and has a cute “tulip” slit in the front, the scoop neck is not super low, but def not a crew neck, and the pattern is very military, almost like an insignia. This versatile piece has no rips, tears, stains, holes, seam issues or other flaws.
