J. Crew fabric belt red/blue polka dots sm/med

J.Crew NWT red fabric belt with blue polka dots and brass colored hardware. 39 inches in length, would allot 7 inches for pull through so would make it fit a 32 inch waist. Sizing on tag says small/medium depending on how much you choose to pull through. Width 2 inches.
