Brand new. Never used. I expected a smaller tote. This one is too big for me. But nice quality. I always keep it in the plastic bag. 15 1/2"H x 17"W (top); 15 1/2"H x 14 3/8"W (bottom); 2 1/2" gusset depth. 10" handle drop. Strap width: 1".
