J. Crew dress with grosgrain straps

I don’t think I ever wore this. This dress is from Holiday 2010 and has timeless appeal. The bodice is a charcoal (almost black) color with black grosgrain straps and a cream colored bust detail with hook and eye closure. The dress has pockets! Please see photos and measurements. It needs to be steamed.
