J. Crew color block joggers

High waisted, elastic, tie waist with snaps and zipper. Zippers at ankles. Side, buttoned cargo pockets. Back pockets. Colorblock, fun design. Waist measurement: 15”. Comfortable and soft. They are a heavier material. Great quality, as always, from J. Crew. I never wore these. I bought them and they were too big.
