Hello, can you please tell me the calf measurement around the top of the boot (it's usually between 14 -18" inches) and the boot measurement (from the bottom of the heel to the top of the boot). Also, do these have an inner or back zipper; I couldn't tell in your pics. :) Thank you so much and happy holidays!
