xoxojudie Thanks! The waist is 16” laid flat, so is it 32” all around? Is this low waisted? May I ask for the rise measurement please? Truly appreciate your help in sharing these details.

jkresser @xoxojudie they are definitely a looser fit. When I try them on they are slightly big on my waist as I have lost weight and hit just below my belly button. There are buttons o. The sides to tighten the waist slightly.
