Classy, simply Zoe D'Orsay Flats from J. Crew (NOT the Factory Store.) These are in pristine condition: I always had 2 pairs of these flats in rotation: one for every day, and one kept pristine for more special occasions. These have been worn only a couple of times, and are in excellent condition.
