msharman1 @sundancecousin hi! Sorry for the delay. Definitely no stretch. It’s loose on the hips. For me, it was fitted only for my chest! In the chest area laying flat, it’s 14 inches and cinches in a little after that. It flares out so hard to measure hip area but about 20-22 laying flat.
