The dress is blue and has red needle point design around the bottom. There are long sleeves, which each have a button. Wide neck with draw string closure. Matching blue linen belt. The length is to just bribe the knee, 21” from underarm to bottom hem. The sleeves are 15” from underarm to end of sleeve.
