This is a beautiful and iconic skirt from J Crew. It is a size 12 and is 16.5 inches across waist and 27” long (my knee length at 5’6”). The waist is in gathered pleats held on with a fixed waistband, back zip and eye closure. Very easy to style this one. Note: This is not a pencil style, very full and swishy and lovely fabric. New with tags.
