J Crew Size Medium NWT Tie Front T Shirt Dress

Bought this last summer and never wore it! True to size medium, brand new with tags, no pockets but it has a cute bow tie that can be tied in the front or the back. I am 5’7” and it hits right above the knee. Not too short! Red and navy stripes.
