Flirty striped bandeau in medium blue stripe on ivory background. Size is XS but this definitely runs like a Small. Has a double layer of horizontal ruffles and an adjustable clasp in back. Also includes removable pads for shaping. Brand new with tags - never been worn! Would pair well with black or bright colored solid bottoms.
