J. Crew flirty ruffle hem cover-up wrap skirt in dark navy blue, size large (fits 6, 8, 10). New without tags. Never worn. Pristine. No attached swim bottom. Would also work as a dance skirt. Velvety-soft, quick-drying stretch swim/leotard fabric has a beautiful drape (87% polymer, 13% elastane). 1 inch adjustable ties wrap around waist. Skirt body measures about 42 1/2 inches. Ties measure about 22 1/4 and 35 inches from edge of skirt body. Waistband has no eyelet. Curved hem is about 13 3/4 inches long at center.
