Velvety soft, quick-drying stretch swim/leotard fabric has a beautiful drape (87% polymer, 13% elastane). 1 inch adjustable ties wrap around waist. Skirt body measures about 42 1/2 inches. Ties measure about 22 1/4 and 35 inches from edge of skirt body. Waistband has no eyelet. Curved hem is about 13 3/4 inches long at center.
