They are both pre-owned. The black one is dark metal underneath. The grey wrapped one is silver tone. Both of them have all their rhinestones. There are a couple of spots of wear on the sides of the rhinestone cups. They do have little latches that undo when you squeeze the sides of the bracelet and a little panel opens on them.
