In excellent preowned condition, beautiful lace, and fully lined. Would be beautiful with a warm sweater and a cropped pants.allow to show off beautiful shoes. Size is two. Measures: 14 inches across the waist which is elastic and opens to about 15 1/2, inseam is 26 inches and rise is 10 1/2 inches.
