J. Crew Shift Dress - Neon Yellow - Arrow print with blue trim on collar - and pockets (!!) This is my absolute favorite dress but unfortunately doesn’t fit me anymore. It’s fun, and very comfortable. It does run big so will likely fit. Size 10/12 Measurements: Length: 38” Chest: 21”
