J. Crew Navy & Pink Nautical Tie Dress

Cotton, t-shirt like dress from J. Crew. Great condition, worn less than 5 times. Very stretchy and can tighten ties quite a bit to be more fitted or relaxed. Dress hits about mid-thigh. Size XS but could also fit size S. Left tie is slightly twisted from wash, but not noticeable when tied.
