J. Crew Navy Floral Blouse

This is a new with tags fun blouse from J. Crew. It is navy with white daisies on the shirt. It has a ruffle front and around the collar trimmed in red. The buttons are covered in the same fabric. The size is small, but I think it runs generous, more like a medium. Measurements are: Pit to pit: 19 in. Length: 24 in.
