J Crew Mercantile Navy Floral Ruffled Dress-EUC

This is such a cute dress! I usually wear an 8 but this Size 12 does not fit me. The waistband is not stretchy and please notice the measurements. The V neck fastens with a hook and eye.The hem has a wide ruffle all around. In the front it dips up creating a wrap look. Waist is 16” across Pit to Pit is 20” across Length is 32” to mid front hem Length in back and sides is 37”
