J Crew Mercantile Cotton Eyelet Asymmetrical Skirt - NWOT - size Small

Asymmetrical skirt is comfortable 100% cotton. Navy blue eyelet material is completely lined except for the bottom flounce. Back of waistband is elasticized. Waist approx 30” around.
