J Crew Low Rise Black Cargo Mini Skirt, Flares Out, Longer Length, 0 Fits 2

Pre-owned, J Crew cargo mini skirt, low rise in size 0. This is vintage/older style so closer to a size 2 probably. I believe this is meant to be worn low rise based on how large the waist/hip measurement is. Not super mini length or tight fitting, flares out a bit and is longer length. Some lint, but no other major flaws. Keep in mind that this is an older style, so it’s not in new condition.
