J. Crew Light Blue Ruffle Sleeve Blouse size 8

This darling light blue cotton blouse from J. Crew features short ruffled sleeves and a button-up back. Light-weight, breathable cotton, not stretchy. Would be great for a summer barbecue or going out to dinner on a beach vacation or even at the office. No tags but I don’t remember ever wearing it. Pit to pit is 19 inches and length is about 24 inches, women’s size 8. I would say the photo makes it look lighter, it looks more blue in person like in the photos showing the tags.
