@barbaraeliz10 Hello! I would say it does run slightly large. I’m usually a small or medium and this fits me well. The waist is approximately 18 inches laying flat with a tie waist. The shoulders are a little hard to measure - there is some elastic in them for a flexible fit. They sit approximately 12 inches apart at the top laying flat. Let me know if you need anything else.
