This beautiful watercolor floral top has puffed sleeves, a square neckline, and a cute self tie across the back shoulders. There is a zipper in the back as well as rubber like trim on the inside neckline to help keep it in place. This top is in excellent preloved condition and comes from my smoke-free, pet friendly home.
