Scoop neck in front and slight v neck in back. Zip back. I am posting this under a size 4P because it does NOT fit a 6 petite it does run small and a bit longer. I am 5'1 and it hits right at the knee. So taller people can wear it too it will be more above knee. :) I say best fit for 2-4. 17 pit / 14 waist/ 36 length r measurements are appropriate
