J Crew Heidi 100% Silk Evening Dress

Gorgeous navy silk dress from J Crew! I bought it second hand, so don't know if it was used but it's in perfect condition! Bought it for an event but did not end up wearing it because it's too small on me. The tag says 0P but it's absolutely NOT 0P. It's 00P. It measures 27.5-28" around the chest and 11.5" waist! It may have been altered. I am 5'3 and the length is perfect with 3.5" heels. Might even be better with 4" heels. It's very light weight and looks extremely elegant.
