Does this skirt offer any stretch in the waist after zipping it up all the way?

@littleangel25 no the material doesn’t really have any elastic give, the waistband is the same silk reinforced with a ribbon

@littleangel25 it is high wasted so where i would usually wear a 10, the 8 fits great—i can get you a waist measurement later this evening!
