J Crew gathered silk midi dress in polka dot (black and white) This is from late 2021/2022. I purchased it for an event, wore it once, and ready to get it to a new home. Inspired by the Tove dress, this dress is 100% silk and has a pleated (and lined) top with a deep v on both sides. Tie in the back with half zipper on the bottom. A line skirt (unlined). Size 8: 15.5" waist (laid flat, so ~31" in total) 48" long 18" bust flat (~36" in total)
