aburro @alialirosehi there. I'm so sorry for the delay. The pit to pit measurement (lying flat w/o stretching) is about 20". The material does have stretch to it also. And I'm posting a picture now of the dress hanging with no belt.

aburro @alialirose it's about 20 inches at the waist lying flat. It doesnt really go in at the waist. It's a loose fit, but I like to wear it with a belt.
