Super cute dress for spring/summer! Easy to dress up or down, has a flirty ruffle detail to give an illusion wrap style dress. Crisp white with navy polka dots add a slight nautical feel. It is not sheer when worn - I just had to hang it up on my window for photos which makes it seem sheer. EUC.
