J Crew Factory Maxi Long Skirt navy & white stripes. Color is navy and white, but looks almost black and white because of dark navy. Size is extra small with side ruffle waist band. In good condition where I wore only once. Pair it with a tank top and demin jacket or cardigan and you will be good to go!
