@casuallyluxe I would say the skirt is in good condition! I just double checked the quality and found one small hole at the bottom of the back zipper where it looks like top layer broke from the under slip. I just posted a photo, but this looks easily fixable. Otherwise the skirt is in good shape, no stains, rips, or loose threads.
