The waist is 27” sized by J Crew. The hip from front seam to seam is 17.5”. I added a photo of the hip measurement. I am a 26 or 27 in this brand and I found this pair a little roomy. So if you normally wear a 28 I think this pair will fit you. They have some stretch.
