Hi! I’m not sure how to measure that dress. The material “moves” with you without having elastane in it. Elastane only gives when it’s stretched but this one adapt to the body. That makes it shorter when it’s filled out more without being too tight. Does that make sense? I will add some measurements to the post as best as I can.
