J. Crew Brown Polka Dot Skirt NWT

This is a brown and white polka dot skirt from J. Crew. This is new with tags, never been worn. No imperfections, holes or stains. It has an elastic waist, it is lined and it has pockets. I took a flat lay waist measurement and top to bottom measurement.
