How tight/loose do these fit around the calf? Thanks!

@langsublett hi! So my calf size is large and I wear a size 10/12 pant and played a lot of soccer. But my mom is about a size 4 with much thinner calves. Would one of us give you a better idea of fit? Or would you like a tape measurement?
